Josh is a very experienced technician and he patiently waited while I explained all the concerns I had and why I had called to have a technician come out. After patiently listening to me, and explaining why he thought certain things were happening, because of the experience he has had over the years, I went with him to look at the furnace. His assessment of the problem was accurate and pointed the problems out to me. I am very pleased with the service I received from Josh. I would highly recommend him.

Lance provided thorough, courteous service

Lance was very friendly, helpful and consultative. He even helped us understand the importance of regular maintenance. We understand there were probably more important emergencies so the reschedule is no big deal. Thank you for the service, Lance was excellent!

Chris and Drew came out and explained everything they were to do and got after it. After a days work they explained everything in detail with regards to what was replaced and went over the smart thermostat with us. A much better experience than we’ve had with others. Will highly recommend Jake’s.
