THE GUYS DID A GREAT JOB & WAS VERY GOOD TO WORK WITH. I WOULD DEFFINETLEY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WANTING QUALITY WORK DONE.THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT I ASK THEM TO DO. THE ONLY SLIGHT ISSUE WAS A SCHEDULING MIXUP, BUT THEY CORRECTED PROMPTLY.

They service technicians came on time and did a good job. We have used Jake’s a few times now and have always been satisfied. Price quoted was same as bill. They also tested and cleaned up the area. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jake’s and specifically Elijah (since I have dealt with him a few times), always provide incredible service. Today, I happened to be on a call/ zoom meeting and he took that into consideration when working on our water softener but also made sure to not leave without thoroughly explaining the issue we were having. He practiced wonderful cleaning procedures with wiping down things, changing his shoe covers and gloves and I didnt need to sign the tablet. I am very pleased and thankful. Thank you, Robert! Jake’s was the first plumbing place to help us out right away. Donnie came the night we called. Then he had workers scheduled first thing in the morning. Don came out and was very professional and outstanding with protocols for COVID-19 regulations and both Ronnie and Dylan worked so hard all day long to get the job done. Don came and fixed problem my husband created! Also discussed with us the VIP program. Donnie came next day as well to check how everything was going. Over all, outstanding work from all 4 guys!
