I called about mid day because we had no hot water. They said it could possibly be after hours before they could get to me but then they were actually able to come way before! It was a blessing! My furnace went out and it was getting cold in our house very quickly. I called Jakes and someone was at my house within an hour. My furnace was repaired within 24 hours. All 3 technicians were knowledgeable and professional.

My wife Kim called Jake’s for a plumbing repair under our kitchen sink. The technicians, Donnie Crosley and Chris Medford arrived in a very timely manner and determined the problem. They gave us options at different price points before they started the repairs. I think this group of workers, including the office staff, are just the best! I would recommend them to anyone that needs help with heating, plumbing or air conditioning. Poor Garrett was attached by a swarm of wasps and didn’t even utter a bad word or complain! Plus he took care of the wasp problem for me. (Not in his job description, I’m sure.). All he said was that he experienced “a bit of excitement.” I feel very confident in the work he did. It was a very pleasant experience to meet him and “talk shop” and other subjects.
