Jake’s is a solid company to have plumbing and HVAC work completed. I had them run a couple of drain lines for sinks, as well as run several duct lines and install a return and two vents. Everything turned out great, everyone I spoke/worked with were easy to work with and understanding. Would recommend to anyone.

Since last July we have used Jake’s 4 times for different repairs and installations . From the very first they have been on time their employees have been very nice, considerate informative what they were going to do explained everything both before and after service. I have no doubt I will be calling them again for any future problem or work to be done.

My unit is approximately 20 rears old and the air conditioner stopped working. The blower motor is wearing out and the gentleman that came out and quoted repairs/ replacement was very good and knowledgeable.

Having a failed sump pump and flooded basement we were feeling a little desperate. We were amazed at how soon they were able to send someone out and pleasantly surprised how Josh stuck with the job nearly all day. He could have easily been told to go elsewhere while nearly 2 feet of water was pumped out of our basement, but instead was able to get some waders to get the new sump pump installed. Additionally we did need to have Josh come back the next day after the flood subsided to make some adjustments with our backup pump which he did very timely, professionally and courteously! At this point we couldn’t be happier and already have more plumbing projects we will be having them do in the future.

Service is great ! And Tech's are knowledgeable on Furnaces. Found Problem right away. And got the parts right away. Also, they lend me 3 heaters over night. Awesome people....

Caught a part that was not working properly, which could have led to a more costly repair if not replaced.

The switch is very expensive is what I was told. They actually run between $20 and $72 depending on where you buy them, so minimum of $320 to install six wires and screw on a a a switch. What a rip off I sent there guy on his way but they clipped me for $85 service call.dont use these guys there a rip-off.

When this was scheduled, I informed the person that it needed to be late in the day as I work. As is usual these days, I had to make special arrangements to go into work early. It turned out that Rick was ready before I left work. This was worked out, and he arrived after I got home. Rick went about his work, completing it quickly.
