This repair dragged out for weeks because the company didn’t listen when we told them we had to go to a trailer supplier for parts. Then, I got the run around and misinformation from Patty. I called the home warranty company to find out they’d been given a totally different story!! Finally, parts came in and Duane came and fixed my tub. He was the beat part of the experience. He was friendly, polite and professional.
