We lived through a very difficult remediation process with our historic Main Street buildings - extreme smoke/soot damage from a fire. Jakes sent their crews immediately to provide a very fair quote - then worked directly with out insurance to get it approved. Their work is excellent and customer service is amazing. We had a different former HVAC company working with us in our commercial buildings - and Jake's by far exceeds the quality/experience. We're so glad we switched to Jake's.

My dog had a messy accident in his crate. Didn’t have time to clean before the guys came in. I asked if they wanted to reschedule since the mess was right by unit, and they said they didn’t mind working by it.

Cameron showed up promptly and ready to tackle and find the exact cause of our ac unit not working, he found the issue quickly and gave us a quote which was half the amount quoted by the 1st company that quoted us just the day before, he also relieved, eliminated and reassured us that it was nothing we did to cause the malfunction of the unit, as we are tenants and this was the 2nd time our dishonest landlord tried to say we sabotaged the system, he was able to complete the repair on our system got us cooled down and left us feeling positive about his work .... A few hours later we noticed our carpet in front of the furnace was soaked with water, a single call to Jake's and without any hesitation at all they sent Cameron back to our home and he was able to fix the problem quickly and with no additional charge so there was no call needed to the owner, he stated he'd been out already and it was a 5 min fix. Since it's been serviced we've had zero problems with the unit and our home cools so much better and we had no accusing statements from the owner. Cameron came into our home performed his work absolutely perfect, he went above and beyond for us, we most certainly would ABSOLUTLEY recommend Jake's to anyone and he gets 10 🌟 from us, Jake's is a company that works with integrity and professionalism, you are a definite asset to your company Cameron and we wish you well in your bright future.
