Robert is our GM. He's from Yorktown, Indiana, and has over 15 years in the business. He's a father of three boys and loves coaching. He also loves spending time with his family, especially going on camping trips. His favorite food is pizza.

Jake is just a kid from Greenfield who loves HVAC. His certifications include EPA certified and OSHA certified. He loves working at Jake's because everyone is very friendly and willing to go the extra mile if he ever needs something, we also like to keep up on training so we aren't missing anything while we are in the field!

Keegan B.
Keegan is one of our floaters. He started helping out on Plumbing Install and is now exploring our HVAC Install department. Expect Keegan to break out in random 80’s & 90’s jams at anytime. When Keegan isn’t working at Jake’s, he can be found camping, fishing, or hanging around his family. Keegan’s favorite part about Jake’s is helping out our customers.
Lance W.
When Lance is not at work he likes to spend my time with family. He is married and has two boys to keep him on his toes. They are 8 and 2. Any free time he has is spent outdoors. Lance has been a hunter since he was about 9 years old and have fished as long as he can remember. He enjoys plumbing and just being able to help people out in general, in any way he can.

Christopher P.
Chris has 20 years in the HVAC Industry. He is a 2001 Yorktown High School Graduate. Chris is E.P.A. Refrigeration Certified. He played the Alto & Soprano Saxophone for 10 years. In his spare time he likes to go to stock car and drag strip races, shooting guns and going to car shows and festivals. Fun Fact: He loves ketchup but hates tomatoes.

Jake has been the owner of Jake’s since 2007. He has been Lions Club President, past master of golden rule 16. He is a licensed plumber and hold HVAC license in city and county all over Indiana. Kelli Adams is his wife of 25 years and they have 4 great kids that he is very proud of. He has been doing a trade since he was 18. He enjoys learning new technology. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and kid as well as snowmobiling and time at the beach.
Jonathan G.
Jon has 3 plus years in the HVAC and plumbing business, 2 years in management. He has 2 kids; 1 boy 1 girl. Jon is married. He is a car/truck enthusiast.

Foxx Adams is the son of Jake and Kelli Adams. He is learning all aspects of the family business. He lives in Knightstown, Indiana. He owns two bearded dragons and enjoys eating Pizza King cheese fries.
